Introducing Beautiful Country Homes — Guangdong’s first digital platform for revitalizing idle rural homes, launched by Guangdong Zhongshan Culture and Tourism Group.
作為政府支持的公益平臺，”美麗鄉(xiāng)居”免費使用。無論您在哪個國家，只要有網(wǎng)絡(luò)，就能通過電腦端、手機(jī)網(wǎng)頁或微信小程序登錄平臺，隨時隨地管理房產(chǎn)信息。平臺打通政企數(shù)據(jù)，還會逐步加入AI 智能推薦功能，幫您快速找到靠譜租客（如文旅創(chuàng)業(yè)者、長期租客等）。
Supported by the government and completely free to use, this platform lets you manage your property from anywhere in the world. You can easily access and update your property information via a computer, mobile browser or WeChat mini-program.
The platform integrates government and enterprise data and will soon feature AI to help you find reliable tenants — from culture and tourism entrepreneurs to long-term residents.
此外，平臺還將提供一站式配套服務(wù)，未來將引入專業(yè)團(tuán)隊，滿足你僑房改造設(shè)計、租賃法律咨詢、金融服務(wù)等需求；還會導(dǎo)入文旅項目、打造主題村落，提升您僑房的價值。
