桂香三疊·團(tuán)圓記
金秋時節(jié)，金桂綴滿枝頭，
空氣里浮動著甜暖的香氣。
這縷穿越千年的芬芳，在茶藝師的蓋碗中流轉(zhuǎn)，在點(diǎn)心師的案板上凝形，在書畫師的宣紙上暈染，最終化作三重關(guān)于團(tuán)圓的隱喻。當(dāng)茶湯氤氳、糕點(diǎn)酥融、筆墨洇散，三個行業(yè)的手藝人用各自的語言，訴說著同一種關(guān)于相聚的東方哲學(xué)。
這桂花紅茶有三道，頭道洗塵，
二道見真，三道才是團(tuán)圓。
紅茶是遠(yuǎn)行的游子，桂花是故土的牽掛。
頭泡時兩者尚自矜持，二泡時漸入佳境，
待到三泡……甜中帶澀，就像團(tuán)圓。
團(tuán)圓是茶席上的回甘
Reunion is the lingering
sweetness in a tea savoring
There are three infusions to this black tea with osmanthus: the first rinses the dust from travel, the second reveals the true essence, and only with the third do we truly taste reunion. The black tea is like a traveler faraway from home, while the osmanthus represents the longing for one's homeland. In the first steeping, the two hold back; in the second, they begin to stay harmoniously; and by the third... the sweetness tinged with bitterness is just like reunion.
唐菓子被稱為可以吃的四季。
菓子團(tuán)在一起，
就像中國人，喜歡一團(tuán)和氣。
古人在團(tuán)聚時菓子是必不可少的食物，
因為團(tuán)聚就是心里裝著彼此。
這桂花唐菓子是四瓣花。
四方來聚，八面生輝。
團(tuán)圓是點(diǎn)心里的香甜
Reunion is the sweetness
found in a delicate confection
Tangguozi, literally “Tang fruit”, is a traditional Chinese confection, also known as "edible seasons." When Tangguozi are put together, they embody the Chinese ideal of harmony and unity. In ancient times, these sweets were essential during family gatherings, because reunion means holding one another in your heart.
This Tangguozi with osmanthus is shaped like a four-petaled flower—representing people gathering from the four corners, radiating brightness from all eight directions.
桂樹本就象征“貴”與“合”。
小如粟，聚作一團(tuán)便成風(fēng)景。
這花瓣簇?fù)碇畱B(tài)，真像家人圍坐一起。
團(tuán)圓不僅在形，也在神。
就像這桂花，單朵細(xì)看不過米粒大小，
聚作一團(tuán)卻香飄十里。
團(tuán)圓是畫筆間的凝聚
Reunion is the cohesion
in the strokes of a paintbrush
The osmanthus tree symbolizes "nobility" and "togetherness." Its tiny flowers, each no bigger than a grain of millet, become a beautiful sight when gathered together.
The way these petals cluster closely resembles a family gathered around.
Reunion lies not only in physical closeness, but also in spirit. Like these osmanthus blossoms—each one barely noticeable on its own—yet together their fragrance drifts for miles.
